Precious Memories of:
ANDREW KIRK PATTON, JR.
Andrew Kirk Patton, Jr. (A.K) was born on May 2, 1949 in Fairfield, Alabama. He was the oldest of four children. His parents Rev. Dr. Andrew Patton and Dorothy Lee Patton both preceded him in death.
Andrew received Christ at an early age and rededicated his life to Christ a few years ago. He graduated from Albuquerque High School, Albuquerque, N.M.
in 1967. He played basketball and football in high school. He retired from FORD MOTOR COMPANY in Kansas City, Mo.
Andrew was a lot of fun to be with. He was a loving and out-going person. He valued spending time with family and friends and loved going out to eat. He was truly a family man. He would spend hours on the phone keeping in touch with distant relatives and friends that were dear to him.
We have many fond memories and laugh about the childhood jokes and pranks he played on us growing up. A.K. was the oldest and would out-smart us every time.
He enjoyed sports and was a big fan of the Kansas City Chiefs Football Team. His hobbies were playing chess and dominoes. His favorite foods were chocolate and sweets.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories:
A brother, he called Lew, Wayman Patton, (Dora-spouse), Denver, Co.
Two sisters, Mable Roundtree, Kansas City, Mo., and his baby sister,
Resa, Mary Theresa Benton, Denver, Co.
A daughter, Arsema Irons (LaKeith-spouse)
A granddaughter, Anna Irons all of Atlanta, Ga. and
A host of family, relatives and friends
He is greatly loved and will be missed until we all meet again in heaven someday.
Psalm 116:15 Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.
