Anita was born in Saint Louis, Missouri to loving parents James Edward Logan and Carol Jean Bonaparte the youngest of four surviving children. They instilled in her early, the utter importance of "GOD, Family, Focus, and Reflective memories of past patriarchs and Matriarchs within the Logan lineage.
Major James Logan relocated to Denver Colorado in 1973. Leaving Columbia specifically to have surgery at Fitzsimons Army Hospital. James went on to see the Lord that very year. August 11, 1973.
Determined to continue the legacy of perseverance in all circumstances Carol Jean decided to remain in Denver Colorado to nurture her family.
Constantly reminding the children of their father through photos, stories, and frequent road trips to his final resting place in Missouri helped shape the principal core of Anita's life. Anita adored Photos! Now we as a family understand why.

Anita was diagnosed with an aneurism August 31, 2014 which was also her second wedding anniversary. A condition that caused her per doctors' orders to rest from work for approximately 10 weeks. Although the prognosis was grave she worked independently from home and secured Mayor Michael B. Hancock for a worldwide Teleconference honoring Martin Luther King's Birthday from her Aurora office.
