Anna M. Nuccio , 91, of Arvada, passed away May 17, 2017.
She was born December 25, 1925 in Peach Creek, West Virginia, the daughter of Grover and Pearl (Bills) Johnson.
She was a graduate of Guyan Valley High School in 1944.
She married Mario Nuccio in 1949 in Denver.
She enjoyed trips to Black Hawk and shopping. Anna also enjoyed watching soap operas, especially Days of Our Lives. She loved animals, especially her beloved Toby. Anna was proud to be from West Virginia.
Anna is survived by daughter, Susan C. (Everett) Vaughan; grandchild, Kellie Vaughan; great-grandchild, Charlotte Vaughan-Rodaway; brother, Gail Johnson; and many nieces, nephews and extended family.
She is preceded in death by husband, Mario Nuccio; father, Grover Johnson; mother, Pearl Johnson; two sisters, Mozelle Midkiff and Madalyn Johnson and three brothers, Bill Johnson, Orville Johnson and Clavis Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Anna's memory to the American Heart Association, 1777 S Harrison Street, Denver, CO 80210.
