Arthur Koth went home to be with his Lord on July 31, 2015. He was born on a farm in North Dakota on May 14, 1921. A decorated yeoman in the navy during World War II, he helped salvage Pearl Harbor's USS Oklahoma after the attack. Later he resided in Peoria, Illinois and married Patricia.
A salesman by trade, Art enjoyed golfing, puzzles and camping. In later years he and his wife relocated to Colorado to be near their two children, Lisa and Charles, and four grandchildren, David, Kyle, Josie and Christopher. He is also survived by four great grandchildren and a brother, Donald Koth, of Tampa, Florida. A graveside service will be held in Illinois at a future date.
