AUBREY THOMAS "TOM" LOWE, JR., 53, of Denver, Colorado passed away February 20th, 2013, at Swedish Hospital. Tom was born in Los Angeles, California on August 8, 1959. He lived a short time in upper state New York, and then moved to Denver for the remainder of his adult years. He met his wife Linda K. Snell in Colorado and they resided in Glendale and then in the University Hills area for thirty years. He was employed for 20 plus years as a printer at ABC Reprographics on East Iliff Avenue in Denver, Colorado.
He was preceded in death by his mother Dorothy Lowe and his father Aubrey Thomas Lowe, Sr., his uncles Richard Robinson and Donald Robinson, all of California. He is survived by his wife Linda K. Snell of Denver, Colorado, his sister Ginger Lowe of Gloversville, New York, his Aunt Patricia Robinson of Los Angeles, CA and his Uncle Nick Robinson of Gloversville, New York, his niece Shane Rosenblatt of Albany, New York, cousins Sean and Lori Robinson of Colorado Springs, sisters and brothers-in law Barbara and Ronald Jensen of Two Harbors, MN, Jerome Snell of Cook, MN, Judy and Dave Grebenc of Helena, MT, Lori and Tony Barber of San Antonio, TX, and his mother in law Gladyce Snell of Cook, MN, and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces. He was also survived by his beloved pets; Penny, Leo, Mango and Rambo.
A Celebration of his Life service will be held at the Self Realization Fellowship Center at 2246 South Albion Street in Denver, Colorado on Friday, March 1st at 2:00 p.m. with a short reception following.
Tom's interests were fishing, camping, barbecuing, cooking gourmet meals, hanging out with his friends, neighbors and family and his beloved animals, computer graphics, playing his guitar, writing music, and attending concerts. He loved decorating for the holidays, he helped his friends and neighbors and family unconditionally, and worked at maintaining his home and yard. He enjoyed the outdoors and loved Colorado. He never refused anyone who asked for his help. He will be missed forever by his family, friends and neighbors. He is now at peace.
