Avila passed away on Thursday, March 29, 2012 with her loving family present. She was preceded in death by her husband Pablo on January 24, 2012. She is survived by her children: Herman (Frances) Gomez, Orlando Gomez, Michael Gomez, Jane Sandoval, Linda (James) Lobato, and Helen Gomez; grandchildren: Paul, Fabiola, Theresa, Melissa, Orlando, Desiree, Shavon, Geno, Sonny, Richard, Colleen; and numerous great grandchildren; siblings: Juanita (David) Martinez, Leo (Pat) Ruybal, Sadie (Herman) Gandora, Cora (Alonzo) Cisneros, Demecio Ruybal, Mary (Tom) Romero; preceded in death by brothers Sam and Dennis.
She'll be sadly missed by her family and friends.
