Barbara Ann Tully, born April 6, 1965, in Denver, Colorado, passed away peacefully at home in Denver on October 2, 2026.
Barbara will be remembered as a devoted and loving wife, a caring mother, and a woman whose warmth touched the lives of her family and friends. She had a quick sense of humor and was known for being witty and funny, bringing lightness and laughter to those around her. Thoughtful by nature, she cared deeply for the people she loved and was always mindful of family and friends.
She received an accounting degree and built a working life marked by dedication and service. Barbara worked in data entry for a billing company in Highlands Ranch, and in her earlier years she also served as a C.N.A. in assisted living. In each role, she brought the same steady care and commitment that shaped so much of her life.
Barbara found joy in simple and meaningful things. She enjoyed gardening and growing vegetables, and her faith was a deeply important part of who she was. She loved spending time studying the Bible, drawing strength and comfort from it throughout her life.
Her greatest happiness was found with her family. Barbara often looked back with fondness on the years when the children were growing up, treasuring those memories. One story that brought smiles was the time her son Adam would park his car across the street from the school, and Barbara and Geoff, using the extra key, would move it to a different location. It was the kind of playful family moment that stayed with her and reflected the love, humor, and closeness she cherished. She loved when her children came to visit, and her love for them remained constant and deep.
Barbara is survived by her husband, Geoffrey Tully; her father, Kenneth Cline; her mother, Cheryl Reeder; her brother, Richard Cline; and her children, Adam Seybold, Heather Seybold, Matthew Seybold, and Matthew (Jazmine) Tully. Each of them held a special place in her heart, and her love for her family was one of the defining blessings of her life. She leaves behind a family who will carry her memory forward with gratitude, affection, and enduring love.
Funeral services will be held on October 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Victory Baptist Church, 1305 S Dale Ct, Denver, CO 80219. A graveside service will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 4400 W Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO 80236 at Staging Area Blue.
