Bea was born Beatrice Elizabeth Emery at 2:23 am on October 25, 1947 in Cleveland, Ohio.
Her family moved to San Jose, California in 1961. She attended Overfelt High School in San Jose, graduating in 1965. She attended San Jose City College from 1965 to 1967, graduating with an Associates Degree.
Bea was a flight attendant for 37 years starting with Holiday Airline flying land-scale charters for a number of years.
In the fall of 1975 she was hired by Aspen Airways as a supervisor/trainer flying out of Burbank, California. She relocated to Denver, CO in November 1984 and transitioned from turboprop aircraft to jet aircraft. She stayed with Aspen through their transition to Wisconsin Airways and continued as a Flight Attendant/flight Attendant Instructor.
She met Michael in the Spring of 1977 and they were married on October 22 that same year.
Next to Michael, Bea had 4 great loves; her job as a Flight Attendant; power boating, Caribbean cruises; and her Jack Russell Terriers, the first of which was named Tullimore Dew and the one that misses her as much as Michael does, Jamison.
Bea was an avid dart player, and many of us know, she could be, and was, very competitive.
She was loved by everyone and she will be greatly missed.
