Hinricher, Bernice R., passed away at her home in Lakewood, Colorado, on Sunday, December 2, 2012. She was 81.
Born in 1930 in Dell Rapids, South Dakota, Bernice is survived by her husband of 61 years, Omar, and six children: Jack, Gloria, Rose, Bill, Mary, and Randy. She also had twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters, Betty Ann and Rosemary.
Bernice and Omar raised their six children in St. Johns, Minnesota. In 1979, they moved to Denver, Colorado, where Bernice was an active member of St. Jude Catholic Church.
The family thanks all those offering prayers and support for Bernice and her family.
In lieu of flowers, send donations to Poor Clare Nuns, 421 South Fourth Street, Sauk Rapids, Minnesota (320-251-3556).
Mass will be held at St. Jude Catholic Church in Lakewood, Colorado, on Thursday, December 6, at 10:00 am. A rosary will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home in Lakewood on Wednesday evening at 7:00.
