She is survived by Her Daughter, Gloria Hoffman; Granddaughters, Yvette Dirschl and Tanette Thurston; Great-Grandsons, Kenny Thurston-Willcox; Tanner and Tyler Dirschl; and Sister, Edna Gibson. She was preceded in death by her husband James R. Alvey Jr.; 1 brother and 5 sisters. Viewing will be 5 to 8 pm on Monday, Nov. 27th at the Newcomer Family Funeral Home-West Chapel. Services will be at Noon on Tuesday, Nov. 28th at Newcomer Family Funeral Home - West Metro Chapel. Burial will follow at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area A.
