81 of Lakewood, died peacefully at home, surrounded by his family on Wednesday, November 23, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Kiffin. Three children: Diane (Ric) Nardin, Mark Kiffin, and Melissa (Kyle) Bland. Three granddaughters: Phoebe Kiffin, Sydney Bland, and Naomi Bland. Two nephews: Scott and Jeff Kiffin. Also survived by other extended family and friends. Bill spent 38 years in the travel industry, loved to travel himself, and had a great love of his family and his country.
