She was born December 3, 1947 in Burlington, Iowa, the daughter of Richard and Gladys (Pierce) Wisely.
Billie is survived by her children, Chris & Cory Martin, Richard & Loreen Martin, Kevin Martin & Christine Pentycofe and Deborah Campbell; Two Sisters, Beverly Jones and Rita Roe; Two Brothers, David Wisely and Thomas Wisely; Nine Grandchildren, Trevor Moden, Tylor Martin, Samantha Pentycofe, Cassidy Martin, Keira Martin, Duncan Campbell, Kalin Campbell, Hannah Martin and Dakota Martin. She is preceded in death by Father, Richard S. Wisely, Mother, Gladys Darlene Robinson and Sister, Judy Gould.
