51, of Wheat Ridge, Colorado passed away July 29, 2011. Born November 20, 1959 in Denver, Colorado to parents Orville I. and Joyce Elaine (Foos) Lewis. He is survived by son Mitchell S. Lewis; daughter Bailey Lewis; sisters Kelley (Todd Grudznske) Lewis, Eryn (Steve) Adams; nieces Shannon (Timothy) Trout, Carrie (Tommy) Dela Fuente; nephews Garin Runyon, Ross Adams and great niece Ayva M. Dela Fuente. A celebration of life and gathering will be held Sunday, August 7, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at the residence of Kelley Lewis.
