Bruce C. Miller, age 77, of Fort Collins, Colorado, passed away on July 19, 2025. Bruce was born on October 24, 1947, in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Earnest Miller and Agness (Bell). He is survived by his spouse, Denise M. Little-Miller; his children, Paul David Miller (Michele Miller) of Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, Michael Earnest Miller (Elizabeth D. Mitchell) of Castle Rock, Colorado, and James Aaron Miller of Hemingway, South Carolina; his step-children Aubrey M. Sanchez of Fort Lupton Colorado, and Kyle J. Sanchez (Leah Alstad) of Greeley Colorado; his grandchildren Lindsay, M. Miller (Eric J Sable), Elena D. Miller, Kai Z. Miller, Keegan M. Miller, Zachary P. Miller, Logan M. Cooper, Owen A. Cooper, Cora M. Sanchez, and Otto J. Sanchez; his great-grandchild Luke E. Sable; and sibling Glenn Miller (Debbie Miller) of Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Bruce proudly served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War and after the war until 1980. After retiring from the Air Force, Bruce worked for StorageTek, starting in North Carolina as a Field Engineer. He then relocated to Colorado, becoming a Field Manager, then to Northern California as a District Field Manager. Bruce left StorageTek in 2000, and he started his own business, Colorado Masterpiece Renovations. He renovated houses until his retirement.

Bruce enjoyed working with his hands during his retirement, be it working on houses, leather crafting, or woodworking. Bruce loved the mountains, ocean, and desert. He was in his element taking his body to the limit, whether he was hiking Half Dome in Yosemite, ice climbing, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, hiking numerous “14ers” in Colorado, or being on his boat in the ocean in Northern California and Lake Powell. He competed in several triathlons in California and Colorado, even completing the Escape from Alcatraz.

His services are at 10:00 a.m. on August 13th, 2025, at Fort Logan Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to The Gary Sinise Foundation, garysinisefoundation.com.
