Carolyn E. Faux

Carolyn E. (Heeren) Faux, 86, was born September 25, 1939, in Webster City, Iowa, to Wilbur and Ruth Tash Hebron, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2026, in Denver, Colorado, surrounded by her family.

She graduated from Webster City High School in 1957 and married Harold Heeren (29 years) June 1, 1957.  They had three children:  Richard (Julie) Stanhope, IA, Elaine (Brian), Denver, CO, and Tom (Lisa) Lehigh, IA.  Grandchildren: Jason (Rachel Henigan) Heeren, Granger, IA, Jennifer (Travis) Arnold, Stanhope, IA, Lee & T.R. Mitchell, Denver, CO, Emily (Cole) Langford, Aspen, CO, Ben and Ty Heeren, Lehigh, IA.  Great-grandchildren: Rylan Heeren, Granger, IA, Henry and Hayden Arnold, Stanhope, IA, Emily and Autumn Henigan, Granger, IA.

Carolyn met her second husband, Trevor (Ted) Faux, while working as a CNA in Hillsboro, OR.  They were married in April 1989 for 23 years. She enjoyed farm life, painting, jewelry making, traveling as well as family gatherings.  She was a member of the Webster City Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by her husbands Harold Heeren and Trevor (Ted) Faux, her brother, Dick Tash and great-granddaughter Anna Heeren.
