Carroll Elaine Marshall, born on April 7, 1953 in Atlanta, Georgia, passed on May 16, 2014 in her home in Aurora, Colorado.
Carroll was the eldest of six children born to Lloyd Williams and Lucenda (Evans) Williams. Carroll now joins her mother, father, and brothers: Donnie and Ronnie Williams. Carroll is survived by sisters: Brenda Williams, Leatha Griffin, and brother: Rudy Williams; her five children: Chet Williams, Vidal Williams, Alliah Bledsoe, Frankie Marshall, and Nevin Marshall; three grandsons: Jacare, DeVonte, and Amari Williams; and granddaughter: Aylill Smith.
Carroll grew up in West Denver and attended West High School. Carroll later obtained a degree in Computer Science. Carroll worked for Greyhound, Denver Public Schools, and then became an entrepreneur as a Home Inspector and created Marshall Inspections.
Although Carroll's physical presence is no longer with us, her sprit will always be present. Carroll was the life of a party and had a smile that could light up any room. Carroll loved to laugh and had a strong faith in God which was ever present through her battle again Lymphoma cancer. Carroll found strength with the support of family, friends , and the Lord.
Carroll will be missed, but she will live forever in our memories, our hearts, and our souls.
Join family and friends to celebrate and remember Carroll at Newcomer East Chapel, located at 190 Potomac St., Aurora, CO 80111. Viewing will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and funeral services will be held on Friday, May 23, 2014 at 5:00 p.m.
