Charles Judd was born on a farm at La Prairie Center, Illinois, December 6, 1931. He graduated from Elmwood High School and attended Western Illinois University. Charles served honorably in the Air Force from 1952-1954 and was stationed at the Pentagon. His professional career was in sales and marketing of construction equipment. He also worked for Chartwell Pharmacy from 2000-2004 driving over 150,000 miles delivering medications to patients at home.
In retirement, Charles studied the U.S. government. He was a defender of the Constitution and a champion for Liberty. Charles loved his family, his country and animals. He is survived by his children Cathryn, William, and Mary and grandchildren Taylor, Connor, Holly, and Drew.
