Christine Kay Egger

Christine Kay Egger, 75, of Denver, passed away on May 1, 2026 at Assured Assisted Living.

She was born on March 24, 1951, to Fritz and Wanda (Leonard) Egger at Denver, Colorado.

On October 10, 1981, she married Edward J. Walsh. Christine and Edward lived in Denver, Colorado.

Christine had many things she loved in life, including hiking in the Colorado mountains where she favored trails in Gunnison and Crested Butte. She loved making flower arrangements for friends and family dear to her, for various occasions. She had so much love for the many pets her and Edward took in as their own over the years as well as those they fostered and re homed.

Christine is survived by her loving Husband, Edward, her son, Edward and her brother, Gordon.

She was preceded in death by her father, Fritz William Egger, and mother, Wanda Lucille Leonard.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026, beginning at 11:00 am at the South Broadway Christian Church, 23 Lincoln St., in Denver, Colorado.
