Clyde left us January 25, 2026, at his home surrounded by his family, including his devoted wife Emily and loving daughter Crystal, as well as his caring sister Dulcy and husband Mark.
Born on April 30, 1971, Aledo, Illinois, Clyde’s journey took him to Aurora Colorado in 1982, where his heart found a new home.
To everyone he met, Clyde was more than just a friend – he was a beacon of kindness, generosity, and unwavering support. His heart of gold inspired him to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
With his DJ business/hobby, Clyde shared his love of music, spreading joy to all who listened. His entrepreneurial spirit yearned to promote bands, and he would often scout for talented artists to bring to Heros Pizzeria. His life was a testament to the power of kindness, friendship, and living life to the fullest.
Racing was his passion, he loved to watch and loved to get involved by helping drivers in the pits.
His dream came true when he got his own car to drive on the dirt tracks, he was so excited!
He was proceeded in death by his son Jeffery Wayne Cooper and his mom Juanita, dad Clyde Sr.
He is survived by his lovely wife, Emily Cooper and daughter Crystal.
If you are sending flowers send them on Friday February 27, 2026 as to not to interrupt the service. Refreshments, including coffee, tea and lemonade, water, cookies, and pastries, will be provided following the service.
There is a fundraiser for Clyde at Hero’s Saturday night Feb 28, 6-9 pm.
He will be sadly missed by all.
