Connor Paul Hintgen

July 18, 1997 — May 3, 2025

Connor Paul Hintgen, born on July 18, 1997, in the vibrant city of Denver, transcended to the eternal realm on May 3, 2025. A devoted son and cherished friend, Connor filled the hearts of those around him with joy and laughter, forever leaving an indelible mark on their lives.

A product of Summit High School and Fort Lewis College, Connor was a diligent student, beginning his journey towards a fulfilling career at Mountain View Automotive. Yet it was not solely in his professional endeavors that he thrived; rather, his spirit sparkled brightest in the company of his friends. He held steadfast to a remarkable network of enduring friendships, many dating back to his childhood. From the age of eight, he forged bonds and shared experiences that shaped his character. His friends, who accompanied him through the formative years of schooling, gathered to remember him today, commemorating a legacy built on love and loyalty.

Connor's adventurous spirit resonated in his hobbies and interests. An avid enthusiast of the great outdoors, he embraced mountain biking, hiking, and camping with vibrant passion. He delighted in the thrill of white-water rafting and sky diving, finding exhilaration at every turn. His love for disc golf and dedication to climbing showcased his relentless pursuit of adventure. History brought Connor joy, especially the tales of World War II, as he immersed himself in the stories of bravery and sacrifice.

He is survived by his loving family. His adoring parents, Cindy R. Hintgen and Paul R. Hintgen, will forever carry the warmth of his memory in their hearts. Lou Galles, his grandmother, and Roland Hintgen, his grandfather, cherished their time spent with him. Among his family are his aunts, Connie Rabb, Gina Rabb, and Anna Marie Rooney, alongside an extensive constellation of uncles, including Emmett McKenzie, Marvin Rabb, John Rooney, and David Baker, as well as his beloved cousins, Morgan McKean, Grey, Jack, and Aiden Rooney. These treasured relationships highlight the support system that shaped Connor into the remarkable individual he became.

Though his earthly journey was brought to a conclusion, Connor's spirit shall endure in the stories that are told and the memories that will be forever etched in the hearts of those privileged to know him. A memorial service will be held in his honor on May 8, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Canyon Club Clubhouse, located at 6495 E. Happy Canyon Rd., Denver, Colorado 80237.
