She was born October 14, 1949 in Saint Louis, Missouri, the daughter of Hugo and Rose (Striebel) Eberhardt.
Constance is survived by Five Sisters, Madonna Barr, Jeanette (Willie) Ribeiro, Carole Ribeiro, Marguirite Mastin, Pamela Otec; Two Brothers, Lawrence Eberhardt, Norbert J. (Deborah) Eberhardt; Numerous Nieces & Nephews. She is preceded in death by Father, Hugo Albert Eberhardt, Mother, Rose Marie Eberhardt, Sister, Gail T. Harig, Sister, Annette Leavy, Brother, H. Paul Eberhardt, Sister, Rosemarie Virden.
