Craig HACKBARTH, 54, of Denver, passed away October 10, 2014.
He was born February 6, 1960 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the son of Herbert and Glenda (Eide) Hackbarth. He attended Little Falls High School. On July 12, 1980 he met and married the love of his life Mary LeMieur, also of Little Falls, Minnesota.
Craig was the most caring person, and was loved by every person he met. He always was smiling and was most definitely the life of every party he attended. Craig was a man of many trades, from auto repair, home restoration and his life long career in roofing. At the age of 16 he began his career in roofing, working alongside most of his family and long time best friends. He loved what he did. When he wasn't on a roof, you know you could always find him under the hood of a car. In his 20's he owned his own shop West side auto repair that he was very proud of. Craig was outgoing, he loved to play cards, and to go camping with his son and family, anything for him to be outdoors and that just brought his family together. He never missed the chance to tell the people he cared for that he loved them every time he spoke to them. Most importantly he never forgot to tell those new to the family how much his family meant to him.
Craig is survived by daughter, Michelle Hackbarth; son, Matthew J. (Christina) Hackbarth; mother, Glenda Hackbarth; five brothers, Rick Hackbarth, Carey Hackbarth, Shaun (Denise) Hackbarth, John (Tammy) Hackbarth, and Todd Hackbarth; sister, Kelli Reed; four grandchildren; 19 nieces & nephews and several close friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Herbert G. Hackbarth and his love of his life Mary LeMieur.
