Curtis Christopher Vigil, 50, of Thornton, passed away August 23, 2017.
He was born January 2, 1967 in Denver, Colorado, the son of Donald and Antoinette (Costello) Vigil.
He attended Green Mountain and Alameda High Schools.
Curtis coached Girl's Softball for many years. He was also an avid golfer. He enjoyed playing and dealing poker. Music was Curtis' life. He also enjoyed bowling. Above all, Curtis loved his family and close friends.
Curtis is survived by three daughters, Erin Vigil, Kaya Mallick and Aunya Mallick; five grandchildren, Hannah Knipe, McKinley Vigil-Staffney, Christopher Durden, Carson Durden and McKenzie Wolf; his parents, Don and Cookie Vigil; brother, Donald "Moose" Vigil; four nephews, Marcus (Heather) Vigil, Gary (Hilary) Vigil, Matthew Matulik and Miles Matulik; two nieces, Mallory Matulik and Michelle (Jesse) Torres; best friend, Debbie Mallick and many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
He is preceded in death by daughter, Tiffany Vigil; grandchild, McKenna Vigil and sister, Kimberly Adel Matulik.
