Darrell S. Brewer

Darrell Steven Brewer, of Denver, passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at the age of 71.

He was born on April 23, 1945 in Pine Ridge, South Dakota, the son of Arthur and Lula (Mills) Brewer. He graduated from Rapid City High School.

Darrell is survived by his wife Twila; Son, Christopher Brewer; Daughter, Nicole Wolfe; Granddaughter's, Paityn, Ava, and Blake Wolfe; A sister, brothers, and many nieces and nephews.

After graduation, Darrell enlisted in the Army and served in Vietnam. He received a Good Conduct Medal, National Service Defense Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and was a sharpshooter of the M-1 rifle.

After Vietnam, Darrell spent some time in Seattle before moving to and settling in Colorado. He married Twila Stoldt in 1973.

Darrell worked as a purchaser of metal fabrications for several years, as well as a production dispatcher for a home remodeling company where he retired.

Darrell loved animals, especially cats and dogs. He enjoyed watching any and all sports, cooking, spending time with family, and joking around. He was very humorous and was always laughing, teasing, and smiling.
