He was born April 21, 1937 in Longmont, Colorado, the son of Perfecto and Dora (Atencio) Bernal. He is survived by his Wife - Sandra Cox-Bernal; 3 Sons - Gerald (Bryna) Bernal, Dave (Diane) Bernal, Reuben R. Bernal; 2 Daughters - Wanda (Kenneth) Peralta, Rebekah Bernal; Brother - Reuben (Virginia) Bernal; 2 Sisters - Virgina Maestas, Anita Bernal; 11 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother, Albert Bernal.
