David is survived by his father: David Ward, Sr. and fiance Heather Boully of Denver, CO; 2 brothers: Nathan Davis and his fiance Jessica Kemmerer and Daniel Rhoden both of Golden, CO; sister: Ashleigh Jones of Golden, CO; paternal grandparents: Walter & Geneva Kern of Las Vegas, NV; maternal grandparents: Wayne & Sharon Davis of Golden, CO; uncles: Wallace (Michele) Ward & Wayne (Linda) Ward of Pollock, LA, Jerry (Sylvia) Ward of Mulvane, KS, Robert (Christine) Davis of Illinois; numerous cousins and extended family.
David is preceded in death by: his mother Rebecca Ward in April 2007; his cousin Savanah Davis in 2007; his great grandmother Rebecca Hager in 2007.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help with expenses.
