David Michael Culwell, 44, of Aurora, Colorado, passed away May 20, 2015.
He was born May 14, 1971, in Omaha, Nebraska, the son of Robert Michael Culwell and Dorothy (Peterson) Vaughn. He was a graduate of Cherry Creek High School and the University of Nebraska at Kearney. He married Melissa Grote of Aurora on June 26, 2004.
David is survived by his wife, Melissa Grote; daughter Madison Grote; son, Aiden Culwell; mother and step-father, Dorothy & Bill Vaughn; brother, Robert Culwell; step-brothers, Bill Vaughn & family, Ron Vaughn & family; step-mother, Betty Culwell; step-sister, Cathi Kern. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Michael Culwell.
