Dayle V. Hutton, age 93, died October 19, 2005 in Lakewood, Colorado. She was born July 25,1912 in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Scott W. and Martha D. Crocker Combs.
She was married to Charles W. Hutton on February 22, 1931 in St. Joseph, MO. Her life was spent in Topeka until February 1995 when she and her husband moved to Lakewood, Colorado. After nearly twenty years of service, she retired from Blue Crossand Blue Shield of Kansas in January 1, 1074 as Manager of Contract and Data Services.
Mrs. Hutton had been a member of Seaman Congregational United Church of Christ for over 50 years and an Associate of the First United Methodist Church of Golden, Colorado since moving to Colorado.
Her husband preceded her in death. She is survived by her son Charles D. and daughter-in-law Beverly Joan Hutton of Lakewood, Colorado; a grandson Terry (Cathy) D. Hutton and two great grandchildren of Nyssa, Oregon; one brother Wayne L. Combs of Berryton, Kansas and numerous nieces and nephews.
Dayle will be in state at 1:00 P.M. at the Penwell-Gabel,Parker-Price Chapel where the family will receive family and friends from 4:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Sunday, October 23, 2005. Services will be held in Seaman Congregrational United Church of Christ, 2036 NW Taylor St., Topeka, Kansas at 2:00 P.M. Burial will be in Rochester Cemetery, Topeka, Kansas.
