Denise Oberle Tapler

Denise Jean Oberle Tapler, age 56, went to be with the Lord on June 30, 2013, after a long hard struggle with Multiple Sclerosis. Denise was born in Denver, CO on August 12, 1956. She is survived by her son, Adam Tapler; her father, Joseph Oberle, (mother, the late Lois Oberle); brothers, Gary, David (Michele), Mark (Carol); nephew, Danny, and nieces: Alicia, Devon, Kira, and Elena Oberle.

She graduated from Alameda High School in 1974 and then from the University of Northern CO with a degree in Elementary Education. Denise enjoyed the years she taught grade school for the Jefferson County School System. She was involved with Bear Creek Evangelical Church and spend the last 13 years at Villa Manor Care Center. Denise was a loving and devoted mother, daughter, sister and aunt who will be remembered for her always smiling face, laughter, faith and positive attitude throughout her struggle with multiple sclerosis.
