Diane Nordquist

Diane Marie Nordquist, a resident of Lakewood, Colorado, entered into eternal rest on March 4, 2026, following a courageous battle with cancer. Born on July 9, 1950 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, to Edward and Margaret Shircel, Diane was a woman defined by her quiet strength, unwavering loyalty, and caring nature.

Diane was preceded in death by her father, Edward Shircel. She is survived by her mother, Margaret Kieffer, her daughters, Kimberly (Sheenan) Porter and Kristine Nordquist, her four grandchildren, Hayden Cleve, Alexander Porter, Piper Cleve, and Benjamin Porter, and her siblings, Joan (Jim) Kossman, Edward (Diane) Shircel, Thomas (Cindy) Shircel, Steve (Vicki) Shircel, Andrew (Brenda) Shircel, and Mary Jo (John) Kendall; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to a casual open house to celebrate Diane’s life on Sunday, March 22nd from 1:00-4:00 pm at her residence, 3233 S Holland Way, Lakewood, Colorado 80227. A Funeral Mass will be held at a later date in her hometown of Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
