Donald Lee Dixon Jr., 52, was called home Friday, October 27, 2017.
He was born to Donald Lee Dixon, Sr. and the late Flora "Yvonne" Thompson on September 23, 1965 in Denver, Colorado.
He attended George Washington High School. He was a hardworking man that strived to take care of his family.
Donald "Donnie" Dixon, Jr. had 3 daughters: Angela Dixon, Brittany Dixon, and Channie Hart. He also had 9 grandchildren he loved spending time with.
Donnie was a gentle giant and a friend to all. When he wasn't camping or fishing, he loved to laugh.
Everyone around him was greeted with a smile on his face. He married the love of his life on 8-20-1990.
He leaves behind his wife, Tracy Hart; his siblings: Demtrius Dixon, Olethea Kay Petterson "Cookie", Anthony Vaughns, and Birdella "Yavette" Vaughns; his grandchildren, and parents Donald Sr. and Mae Dixon.
He really enjoyed his recent trip to Hawaii.
He is preceded in death by his mother Flora "Yvonne" Thompson.
