Donald Chris Dorn, 84, of Watkins, passed away October 13, 2016.
He was born December 2, 1931 in Hillrose, Colorado, the son of Fred and Anna (Loose) Dorn.
Donald is survived by his five children, David (Carolyn) Dorn, Leslie (Pamela) Dorn, Karen (Sam) Cavender, Dena (Rob) Dorn-Pavletic, and Dallas (Jamie) Dorn; seven grandchildren, Kelli (Ryan) Weatherman, Terri-Sue (Chris) Dorn-Thayer, Natalli Dorn, Christy (Chris) Dupree, Jim Bob Cavender, Liam Pavletic, and Chatan Pavletic; four great-grandchildren, Tyson Weatherman, Braedyn Weatherman, Jayden Dupree, and Mia Dupree; three sisters, Mary Ann (Gilbert) Meng, Shirley Aggson, and Nancy (Stan) Lampe; two brothers, Robert (Margie) Dorn, and Edwin (Pam) Dorn; three sisters-in-law, Betty Dorn, Norma Dorn, and Cara Dorn. He is preceded in death by his wife, Judith Dorn; parents, Fred and Anna Dorn; brothers, Gerald Dorn, Russell Dorn, and Bill Dorn; and sisters, Phyllis Berardini and Donna Dorn.
A Celebration of Life will be held in a casual, country setting at the family home, 970 S. Bonnie Lane, Watkins, CO 80137. Guests are encouraged to wear something blue and bring a potluck dish to share.
