Donaldlene Joyce Cline

Donaldlene Joyce Cline, 95, of Aurora, Colorado, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2025, surrounded in love by her family.

Born on October 3, 1929, in Alpena, Michigan, Donaldlene lived a vibrant, joy-filled life devoted to her family, her community, and her faith. She was the beloved wife of Charles Cline and the cherished mother of Todd Cline, Scott Cline, and Colleen (Len) Hughes. Her legacy continues through her granddaughter Lauren (Taylor) Peper and great-grandchildren Vivienne and Walker, who brought her immense joy. She was also a loving aunt, cousin, and dear friend to many.

Donaldlene was the heart and glue of her family — an extraordinary mother and grandmother whose warmth and wit left a lasting impression on all who knew her. She was a proud member of the Beta Sigma Phi sorority, known for her love of dancing, singing, and her deep commitment to service. She devoted many joyful hours to her work at the church flea market and on the Altar Guild, faithfully serving her community at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church.

A celebration of Donaldlene’s life will be held on Friday, October 3rd, 2025, at 1:00 PM — a fitting tribute on what would have been her 96th birthday — at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 1270 Poplar St, Denver, CO 80220.
