Dorothy Martinez, 74, of Denver passed away September 17, 2004; beloved wife of Joe O. Martinez; mother of Jim Winn, Philip Martinez, and Andre Martinez; sister of Lifford Blount of Lompoc, CA; grandmother and great-grandmother. Preceded in death by parents George and Florence Blount, sisters Camille Lewis, Elva Duncan and Laura Blount; and brothers Melrose, Clifford, and Emmett Blount. Visitation Tuesday 4-8 p.m. at Newcomer WEST Metro Chapel. Funeral Services Thursday, Bowser-Johnson Chapel, Topeka, KS. Interment, Leavenworth National Cemetery.
