Earl Dean Miles

Earl Dean Miles (who was dubbed affectionately Kelly by his uncles Ray and Mack), of Denver, passed away on July 25, 2026, at his home. Born on July 7, 1964 in Oklahoma, Earl (Kelly) was the son of Dorothy Jean Miles- Snoddy and Earl Dean Ramsey Sr. Earl (Kelly) attended Manual High where he enjoyed sports and music. His love for music inspired by groups like Earth, Wind and Fire, led Kelly to form his own group Identity Unknown with his brother Glen and neighborhood friends. Earl was known for his cooking (taught by both his mother and grandmother) he worked as a cook and loved to feed anyone who needed to eat. Earl also worked at both Peppers Packing and Bar S with his brother (Glen) and dad (Jim). Earl will always be remembered for his kind heart, loud great laugh,generous spirit and his love for his community. Earl is survived by his son Earl (EJ) Dean Miles, and grandson, his mother (Dorothy Jean), brothers (Glen, Gradie and Albert), sisters (Kathy and Darnett), as well as a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, niece, cousins and many friends. He was preceded in death by his dad, grandmother, great-grandmother,uncles and cousins.

 A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on August 7, 2026 @ 11:00 a.m at Newcomer East Metro Chapel 190 Potomac St., Aurora, CO Luncheon Repass after service located at: Golden Corral Buffet & Grill 11090 E Mississippi Ave, Aurora, CO 80012
