Eileen Raddeman was born Nov 22, 1926 in Marinette, WI to Clare & Goldie Chapman. She moved to Milwaukee, WI and graduated from North Division High School in 1945. She worked for Wisc Bell after graduating. She married Melvin Raddeman on Nov 29, 1947, they had 3 children Michael, Nancy and Gary. Eileen moved to Badger Village, WI and lived there until 1950 when Mel graduated from UW.
Eileen lived in Milwaukee and Jefferson, WI, and Rockford and Arlington Heights, IL. After retiring in 1989 she and Mel moved to Denver, CO until present. Eileen worked at Rockford Memorial Hospital and Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights doing insurance billing. Eileen was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Jefferson, St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Rockford, St. Peters Lutheran Church in Arlington Heights, Hosanna and Ascension Lutheran Churches in Denver.
She Traveled to Hawaii, Spain, Africa and Alaska. She is survived by her husband Mel and children Mike (Emiko), Nancy (Daniel), Gary (Vickie), 8 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Beverly Welsh of Sterling, IL. Eileen was preceded in death by her brothers, Don and Gordon, and her parents.
Eileen loved 40s & 50s music and dancing. Her first love was Jesus and her husband.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Denver Hospice or Ascension Lutheran Church. Viewing will be Wed. Jul 16th from 6 - 8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home on Sheridan, services will be Thus. Jul 17th at 10 AM at Ascension Lutheran Church in Littleton followed by burial at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
