Elaine Harper

Elaine Rosalie Harper, 99, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 31st, 2025, at the Denver Hospice in Denver, Colorado.

A celebration of life will be held in Lyons, NY on Sunday, July 6th. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Denver Hospice.

Born on May 17th, 1925, in Lyons, New York. Elaine was one of six children born to Bertha and William Henry. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Richard S. Harper, her youngest son Richard H. Harper, her five siblings, Dorothy Oakleaf, Evelyn Walker, Arelene Kilian, Richard Henry and Harold (Pete) Henry.

Elaine is survived by her three remaining children, Kathleen Rasper, Pamela Farrow and David Harper; five grandchildren, Kristen Little, Nichole Wolff, Eric Rasper, Jason Farrow and Ashley Farrow; and four great-grandchildren, Katelyn Little, Alyssa Little, Brenden Little and Ava Wolff.

Elaine was a resident of Brookdale Greenwood Village where she made many great friends and enjoyed the activities. 

Elaine will be remembered for her acts of kindness, generosity, strength, and devotion to her family.
