Born 12/24/1938 in Denver, CO. Passed away 07/09/2011 in Denver, CO. Survived by loving husband Gene; children Joann (Jim) Riggio, Connie (Steve) Bertola, Steve Garcia and Kathleen Garcia; brothers and sisters; Art (Mercy) Johnson, Alice (Candy) Ortiz, Dan (Linda) Johnson, Bill (Alice) Johnson and Angela (Junior) Watts; grandchildren Tanisha Montes, Alex Ward, Nathan Garcia and Jake Riggio; numerous nephews and nieces. Preceded in death by son Jerry Garcia; parents David and Anna Johnson, brother Ben Johnson and sister Marie Ortiz. She worked as a cosmetologist and a tax examiner for the Dept. of Revenue. Visitation Sunday 3-7:30 P.M., Rosary 7:30 P.M. both at Newcomer West Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial Monday 10:30 A.M. at St. Anthony of Padua Church.
