Elisa Marie Sanchez passed away peacefully on Friday, Nov 02, 2012 at her home in Denver with her husband at her bedside. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, J Santana; children: Cynthia Ann Abbott, Diane Daly, Michael Paul Poynter, Karl Sanchez, Becky Sanchez; grandchildren: Rich (Alie) Moreno, Juliana (Ralph) Maya, Shane Daly, Gabriel Poynter; great grandchildren; Storm Moreno, Dakota Moreno, Athena Moreno, Amanda Maya, Michael Maya, Gabriel Maya siblings: Bertha (Ernie) Vigil, Rosalie (Jim) Mayo, Ramona Lucero, Manuel Lujan, Savino Lujan. Viewing, Wednesday, Nov. 14 at 6pm; Rosary at 7 pm at Newcomer West Metro Chapel, 901 S. Sheridan Blvd; Mass, Thursday, Nov. 15 at 10am, St. Anthony of Padua, 3801 W. Ohio Ave. She will be laid to rest at Ft. Logan National Cemetery 11:30am.
