Elizabeth "Libby" was born in Oak Park, IL in 1927. She spent her childhood in the Chicago area and Southern Wisconsin.Libby graduated from Evanston School of Nursing, beginning a 35 year career caring for others.
Libby met the love of her life while attending to a young sailor. Libby and Chuck were married in 1955.Over the course of their 50 years together, they raised two daughters and were blessed with four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Surrounded by family, Libby lost her hard fought battle with cancer on April 14.
