Elizabeth Lemke, 70, of Lakewood, passed away January 28, 2016.
She was born August 8, 1945 in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of John and Agnes (Nelson) Macy.
She was a graduate of Denver Lutheran High School. On April 10, 1964, she married Hubert Lemke.
Elizabeth enjoyed crocheting, sewing, knitting and reading. She also enjoyed playing golf when she was able. Elizabeth enjoyed traveling and gardening. She also loved her dogs, who were her comfort after her children grew up and moved away. Above all, Elizabeth will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who loved her family above anything else.
Elizabeth is survived by Two Daughters, Melissa S. (Garry) Walker and Denise L. (Rick) Shaver; Five Grandchildren, Angela Walker, Thomas Walker, Joshua Shaver, Justin Shaver and Derrick Shaver; Two Brothers, Lionel (Fern) Martin and Carl Nicholson; and Several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by Husband, Hubert Lemke; Father, John Macy; Mother, Agnes Macy and Daughter, Kristen Lemke.
