She was born May 7, 1939 in Newton Grove, North Carolina, the daughter of Herman and Ada Melvin. On February 29, 1979 she married Kent Cunningham, of Miami, Florida.
Elnoria is survived by Daughter, Pam J. Oliver and Son, Donald Williams. She is preceded in death by Father, Herman Melvin, Mother, Ada Melvin and Daughter, Michelle Williams.
