He was born April 12, 1950 in Denver, Colorado, the son of Max and Jo (Gallagher) Brooks.
He is survived by Two Sons, Tyler J. Brooks, Jason E. Brooks; Two Brothers, Phil Brooks, Gary Brooks; Two Grandsons, Ivian Brooks, Kaiden Brooks; his former wife, Cindy Brooks and her son Cody Brooks Mulnix. He is preceded in death by his Parents and Sister, Judy Brooks.
