She was born on November 9, 1940 to Eduardo and Adelisa (Gonzales) Torres at Chacon, NM.
Emilia worked as a Unit Secretary for many years.
She was married to the late Faustino Garcia. Emilia and Faustino lived in Denver, Colorado.
Emilia is survived by her loving Daughter, Susan L. Garcia and Son, Anthony. Sister, Juanita and a host of grands and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, Faustino Garcia, Sons,Leroy and Jerry, Daughter, Judy, Siblings, Alice, Virginia, Percy, Ed, Max and Eluid.
