Was born on July 18, 1939 in Roanoke, Virginia. He is Preceded in Death by his Father Esau Ollie Sr, Mother Maude Ollie, Sister Barbara Beavers and Son Lenny Williams.
Esau better known to Family, Friends, and acquaintances as "Ollie". Was a Man of great pride, warmth, strength, courage, understanding, Love and Patients. His travel of life lead him through many experiences and to different places. Through a Transfer at his Job as head of Security at McLean Distribution co. Ollie moved to Denver Colorado 26 years ago. Its there that he met and fell in love with the Love of his Life Allice Ollie. Ollie was a steward of Life, he led by example and never backed away from any challenge. We shall never forget him as being our protector, guide, provider, our shoulder to cry on, teacher, husband, father and friend. He once said "the greatest accomplishment of his life was meeting and marrying his wife and becoming a father and grand-father to her children and grand-children."He soon came to realized however, it wasn't just his greatest accomplishment, but also our greatest honor and blessing to have had him in our lives for 26 years. As we lift our heads toward the place of the most high, it is then we will be in remembrance of the joy that you brought and left into our hearts as we Thank the Lord for the true blessing of having you be apart of your lives.
Esau is survived by his wife Allice Ollie, Daughter's Kimberly Howbert, Dana Williams, and Rebecca Williams, Son-n-law Shawn Howbert. Two Grand-children Sirwesly and Lashay Williams of Denver, Two Brothers Lylburn Ollie and Richard Ollie, Sister Patricia Hopson and a host of nephews and nieces of Roanoke Virginia.
