He was born May 10, 1959 in Denver, Colorado, the son of Fernando Quintella and Rose Marie (Rangel) Subia.
He is survived by Father, Fernando Quintella Subia, Sister, Margarita Rangel Subia; Four Brothers, Orlando Rangel (Marie) Subia, Salvador Rangel (Kimberly) Subia, Sr., Joseph Rangel Subia, Alejandro Rangel Subia; Four Daughters, Justine Subia, Shevone Subia, Athena Subia, Nanette Subia; 9 Grandchildren; and Numerous Nieces and Nephews. He is preceded in death by Mother, Rose Marie Subia, Daughter, Tara Subia.
