Frances "Fran" Gomez

Frances B Gomez born October 24th 1937 in Las Vegas New Mexico passed away peacefully April 23, 2026 surrounded by family and friends.

Fran was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Evelyn Garcia her brother’s Paul, John and Michael. Fran lost her beloved son Ronald St.Clair December 13, 2015. Fran is survived by her daughter’s Sally Romero and Loretta Galvan. Her brothers Jim, Bill, Steven and Sister Bernadette. Seven grandchildren 17 great grandchildren, and one great, great grandchild.

Fran’s life revolved around her family. Her strength and stability provided our family with a warm place to call home. Our home was our safe place we gathered to create memories. All of Fran’s children have special memories and stories that they can cherish and share for generations to come. Fran was our family’s protector and provider we never faced a challenge or hardship without our mother's unconditional love and support.

Fran loved the outdoors. She stayed active strong and fit well into her golden years. Sitting down was never an option for her. Grandma Fran was the greatest babysitter. Our children didn’t get restless. She kept them stimulated and too tired to fight. Physical limitations caused by aging were a harsh reality for an active spirit like hers. Fran invested 45 years on her career she made friends and touch so many lives along the way. Fran was kind and lovable. Fran adopted family members everywhere she went.

Join us as we gather to celebrate the beautiful life of Frances B. Gomez. Services will be held May 19, 2026, Notre Dame Catholic Parish, 2190 South Sheridan Blvd., Denver, CO viewing 9:30 AM, rosary 10 AM mass 10:30 AM. Reception after mass in Parish Hall.
