She is survived by Daughter, Renee (Ric) Anderson; Two Sons, Dennis (Mindy) Bolen, Richard Bolen; Nine Grandchildren, Wendy (Jay) Levin, Krista (Ross) Wexler, Janeen (Daniel) Cruz, Jeremy Bolen, Donald Bolen, Jeffrey Anderson, Zachary (Katy) Bolen,15 Great Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Donald Keith Bolen, Son, Duane Bolen, Son, Leslie Bolen, Brother, Harold Lenz, Sister, Eileen Fritzler, Brother, George Lenz.
