86, of Denver, Colorado, passed away October 16, 2016 at Aurora Medical Center in Aurora, CO. He was born October 3, 1930 in Chicago, IL. Frank is survived by loving wife of 66 years Shirley Kasky. Frank was a resident of Windsor Gardens for over 22 years and a member of their Marine Corps League. He served proudly in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War. Frank made a career out of being a Chicago Police Detective for over 30 years.
