Left behind loved and loving wife Yolande, son Thomas and his wife Anna, and daughter Nancy Mitchell and husband Tracy, grandchildren, Ashliegh and Troy Mitchell, 2 sisters and 2 brothers, and many friends. Frank loved North Carolina and Golf. At his request no services are planned and his body is to be donated to science.
